MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ATTORNEYS IN PENNSYLVANIA AND NEW JERSEY
Sadly, thousands of patients suffer harm each year because of medical malpractice. We want to trust that our doctors and health care providers will never make a mistake that can result in illnesses, injuries, serious conditions, or loss of life. However, many patients and families find that their trust is misplaced.
Bad results will happen because doctors and medical providers are not miracle workers and they cannot always control the outcome. However, if a patient does not receive the acceptable standard of care or a health care provider is negligent, the patient might have a medical malpractice claim.
If you believe you have been injured because of a misdiagnosis, failure to diagnose, medication error, or other incident involving medical negligence, you might be entitled to compensation for your damages. Contact Kornblau & Kornblau by calling (215) 576-7200 or by emailing our office to schedule a free consultation with an experienced Pennsylvania and New Jersey medical malpractice attorney.

Proving a Medical Malpractice Claim
We must prove that the medical provider failed to meet the acceptable standard of care set by the medical community. In other words, we must prove your physician or other medical professional did not act in a manner consistent with how another medical provider would have acted under similar circumstances.
It can be difficult to prove that a doctor or provider deviated from the standard of care. We employ medical experts to establish the acceptable standard of care given the circumstances of your case to prove your medical provider was negligent in his judgments and/or actions. When you are fighting for justice, you want and need a law firm who has the resources, skills, knowledge, and experience to take on the medical community.
